Business & Retail Support Team Member

We are currently looking for someone to join our friendly Oxford team, helping behind-the-scenes with the running of our website and shop business. We are particularly looking for someone to support with online fulfilment, stock & inventory management, and basic business processes, so key skills are attention to detail, confidence with spreadsheets & analysis, and an interest in helping a small purpose-driven business to grow. You will also help out in our shop, so being friendly, pro-active, and interested in engaging with customers is essential.

The role is Oxford based but with flexible hours (PT or FT, so can work around school hours), paid at the Oxford Living Wage (£13.16/hour), and perfect for a local, friendly individual who wants to get involved and help us change the world, one pair of pants at a time! 

(Must also like cats, as we have one on-site!).
