Organic Pale Blue Shirt: These beautiful shirts from Where Does it Come From? are perfect for spring and summer weather – the colour matches a clear summer sky! Created from the handspun, handwoven 100% organic cotton called khadi, the shirts are soft and stylish – a perfect basic for both men and women.

Hand-woven fabrics are naturally more breathable so you will find them cooler in summer and warmer in winter – a perfect year-round wardrobe staple.

Each shirt has been tailored by hand and comes with wooden buttons and a pocket on the breast.

As with all our garments from WDICF?, you can explore the story behind your shirt – there’s a code on the label which enables you to find out about the eco-friendly production methods – our low water dyeing process and carbon-free spinning and weaving. You can also be sure that the shirts are plastic-free – just cotton through and through.

These shirts are eco-friendly – You can explore the traditional production methods such as hand spinning and hand weaving which are much kinder to the environment. Our dyeing process uses a fifth of the water normally required and the hand spinning and hand weaving are virtually carbon free.

These shirts are ethical – the fabrics are created by co-operatives which are run according to the principles set down by Mahatma Gandhi as part of his vision to empower rural people in India. WDICF? also work with artisan groups and social enterprises in the dyeing, printing and tailoring of our shirts.

How to Measure Yourself

Chest band: wrap the tape measure around your body, just under your bust.

Bust: measure the fullest part of your bust.

Waist: measure around your body approximately 5cm below your natural waist where the waistband of trousers normally sit.

Lower hip: wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.
